| - This rating is not for the Louis Vuitton Store itself, but for the art installation AKHOB.
It was a very interesting experience. We had made a reservation 1 month ago, and I guess in the time leading up to the date, my husband and I had over anticipated what to expect.
Once we arrrived to the LV store, we let an associate know that we were there for the exhibit. We then meet an associate who took us to the elevator that took us to the art exhibit.
When were got off the elevator, we entered this dimmed-lit room with AKHOB in big letters on the wall. There, two females in white stood behind the desk as we entered. They offered beverages as we had a seat on the couch. Then, we had to sign a waiver after the girl did her schpeel on James Turrel. After that, we walked over to the exhibit and we were told to take our shoes off before entering. Yes, we were given slip-on covers for our feet. Finally, we walked up the stairs in the exhibit! Looked around for maybe 2 min, and then I kindly asked, "Is this the main attraction or are there other art works...?". Nope! That was it!
It was just so awkward since the girls were trying to keep their composure and did make any remarks the whole time we were in there.
