This is the worst grocery store I've been to as far as service. I make a point to avoid this smiths at all costs. Every time I visit I've had some type of issue. I've come home twice now with missing items. I went to the guest services to get a money order and with one other person in front of me it took almost 30 minutes because the lady at the counter was inefficient and slow. Another occasion I went to return the carpet cleaner stood there for 15 minutes as store clerks walked past and said nothing. Finally had someone show up where there should be someone at all times. Then he could not find my order from the day before until the lady went through it with me and I showed her which order receipt was mine. The girls could not read the handwriting from the previous day. They are inconsistent with their smiths card services, and have come home twice now with missing items or bags. The quality of employees simply lack a sense of customer service and business 101. Checking out at smiths has been a hassling experience too many times. Will go to trader joes or sprouts instead
