rev:text	If you're in the market to buy a large appliance, head straight to Best Buy/Pacific Sales! A few days ago I called and spoke with Gary about a product that I was interested in seeing. The store did not have the specific product that I was looking for, but said that he would find out if there was a store in the area that carried the product so that I could see it. He called me back within the hour with information regarding the location of product. Today we went to look at the product that happened to be at the Lowes on Ray and 56th. BTW, don't bother going to Lowes if you are shopping for large appliances. Their employees are completely uneducated when it comes to appliances. Despite the advertisement for free delivery, we were quickly told that it didn't apply to gas ranges. They quoted us $149 for installation of a gas range plus the cost of the gas hose at $30. Yeah, no thanks! See ya later Lowes! We headed over to Best Buy/Pacific Sales to see what they had on the floor. I couldn't have been more impressed with the store and the staff. Gary was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about brands, options, bang for your buck, etc. No pressure, no hassles. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for our future needs. In fact, I am kicking myself for all of the business that we've given to Home Depot and Lowes over the years when it comes to large appliances. Beautiful showroom, SO many brands, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm a new customer that they totally won over. Can't wait for my new range to be delivered and installed - for FREE!
