  • I normally love Krispy Kreme which I drive over 40 min to my local location. I was extremely disappointed in the service and doughnuts that I ordered. I ordered a dozen of hot glazed doughnuts and two bottles of milk at the drive thru window. I can never leave the location without diving into the box for a t hot and sweet doughnut. But this time after many years going to this location, I opened the box to a big disappointment. First the doughnut were significantly smaller than any doughnut that i have ever purchased in my life. I mean geesh i know everyone is changing with the economy but these doughnuts cant afford to be any more smaller. The box was so weightless i thought they forgot to put them in the box. But that didn't spot me for taking the first bite to what i thought would be a sweet treat but was so wrong. The texture of the doughnuts almost looked as they were cake doughnuts without glaze. I was so right i taste nothing with the first bite not that crazy out of the world sweetness but the taste of plain bread. To make a long story short the manager admit to thinning out the glazed so that he will last longer. He ruin my memory of this old fashion sweet treat.
