The odd combination of Zellers, No-Frills, the Bay Company and Canadian Tire here as anchors suggests a mall with a severe identity problem. In fact it does seem to have one, as it is located in an area with both upscale and poor communities nearby. On the whole the stores are pretty downscale. including even the Bay, which is one of the smallest I've seen. The Zeller's is also rather small and very grotty looking inside.
Did not see much useful (to me, in any case) in the non-anchor stores. Okay if you are in the area and need something, definitely not a dedicated shopping trip destination.
