  • I love this place but I give them a 2 star due to their professionalism and how confusing this place can be regarding parking. I pull up only to find out I have to pay $5 to valet my car. What!? I don't want to valet I just want to park! Oh sure sir you can park across 2 blocks away and you can walk over. Ya ok, let me just turn around drive around downtown during rush hour to find a parking garage I've never been to. I don't care and mind about paying for valet but it would be nice if they have this somewhere on their site so customers know. I decide to valet and ask for a manager. Dave the manager was very unprofessional and gave to shits about what I had to say. He said I didn't have to park here if I didn't want to; well considering it's downtown and parking sucks I was left with no option, he mentioned he tell customers when they call that there's a $5 valet well, if they would pick up the phone I would of been aware and prepared now I have my party of friends meeting me here and everyone will be forced to valet since they won't know any better but this is bad business practice
