  • This place is dark & cozy, friendly staff and the strongest best mixed cocktails this side of the Stratosphere casino. Definitely guaranteed to lift your spirits not your wallet. The only 2 negatives : The music sucks because there is no jukebox, the music is preselected by management all of which come from 1960's beach music. #2 There's no grill no snacks, no chips & salsa, nothing to counter act with those good quality strong drinks. When you catch a buzz like the one you're sure to get at ( Frank's Tiki Room ) patrons can use a bite or snack to go on their stomach.
