  • Absolute waste of your precious time. This store and its people are among the most unhelpful, unprofessional we've ever been exposed to. Both my husband and I are in the customer service business, and Verizon needs to secret shop their own locations to make sure customers who spend a boatload of money every year with them (over 20 year customer) to make sure they are hiring the right people... Never will we purchase from them again... going straight to Apple next time!
