I was required to come here for a second blood draw (the first one came back negative) because someone in my English class at my college had TB and we were all exposed. I was supposed to get the blood draw done earlier in the month but was unable to because I was out of town.
The lady who drew my blood was very questionable (don't remember her name). She put the needle into my left arm and kinda jiggled it around, which is probably not normal. She struck a nerve in my vein and my vision turned black for about two seconds. Because she struck the nerve, my arm and hand felt funny every time I bent it for about two weeks.
But this is the worst part -- before I left, she told that the second draw results would come back in about two weeks. Guess what? It's been nine months since the blood draw and the results never came back!
I will never return to SNHD. I will count on a different place to get my blood drawn.
