rev:text	I come here religiously to get my brows done, today they had a new older lady who hasn't been trained properly and doesn't understand English very well. Why would you hire someone that is not going to uphold the standard of service or not trained? She thinned out my eyebrows, 1 side is noticeably shorter than the other and top it off when I politely said that they are not the same shape and too thin she stared at me blankly. The least she can do is apologize. Now i have to wait 2 months for the hair to grow back in. This lady's name started with an F (farunak it sounded like)
