  • DO I REALLY HAVE TO GIVE A STAR !! Awful. Been more than 5 weeks since they measured my house and many calls later , ALL FROM ME, I still have no complete estimate. They help whom they wish to help when they feel like it. All is good. Someone gets my business. Just not these guys. more than $10,000 worth. Flooring and counter tops and they just did not want to get their act together and help. Even went to their business, picked everything out, still not good enough. I guess I was supposed to estimate, buy, and install everything myself. Where they get the good rating boggles my mind. Choices there are very good. That is the only good thing I can say. Very sad. Poor store management. I CAN go on and on but, will not. If you want the real low down here, contact me. Then you can make your decision. I found this place to be a joke in the way things are dealt with. Horrible and total waste of my time. Useless
