  • After 45 years of frequenting McDonald's, today when I complained about the size of the cone being half the normal size I was told by someone who identified himself as the kitchen manager that this was the correct size and the correct measure and that everyone else has always been wrong. I added the photo say you could see what the cone looked like. as my husbands one cheat meal of the day I can say it was more than a disappointment. what terrible customer service! specially coming from someone that identifies themselves as a manager
