  • United Appliance is contracted under our home insurance company. My dishwasher door lock was broken and our home insurance company had this company come out to do the repairs. I knew which part needed to be replaced and I had the part number. So I tried to call United Appliance ahead of time, so they could bring the part and do the repairs in one trip. But unfortunately, they could not order things in advance of them coming out and looking at the dishwasher themselves and diagnosing the problem. So two trips later my dishwasher door lock is finally fixed and working wonderfully. Mike, our service technician even replaced the rubber seal around the dishwasher as it came with the door lock that he ordered. Both times Mike was on time and was quite speedy with the diagnosis and repair. No complaints here.
