  • There's not much for mom and pop restaurants in this area of Henderson; it's nearly all chains. When I'm craving Thai for lunch in this area, this is my go to spot. Located in a very unassuming strip mall, with only half occupancy, Penn's definitely seems to be the anchor that is keeping the place afloat. I'm a creature of habit with my Thai lunch food; it's either going to be Massaman or Panang curry with chicken and an Arnold Palmer to wash it all down with. The meals and the spice levels are very predictable here; it always tastes good, a level 3 is always a level 3 and the service is friendly and accommodating.
