  • Ok.. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I am still a Verizon customer, when I get out of my contract, I will go back to Sprint. The reason I am writing this is because my fiance is a Sprint customer (newly) and she had nothing but issues with Verizon, and started to experience the same ones with Sprint. To make a long story short, it was her phone number. The number was very old, back from '97 I think, when everything was analog. Along came 4G, and everything went haywire for her. She has been though a lot of brick walls with Verizon (hence the change). Sprint has bent over backwards for her, especially this local store in Mentor. Sean, the rep, spent a great deal of time going over different options with getting a new phone and how to avoid cancellation charges, along with other charges as well. Don't get me wrong, she still had to pay money, but nowhere what it would have normally cost her. It was nice to see a rep who was taking the time to help, rather than trying to sell her on everything under the sun! Sean was great, and she will be dealing directly with him from here on out, I am sure. As for me, I am patiently waiting to depart from Verizon. I have had my share of problems with them, all in the customer service department from the corporate numbskulls!
