| - *quick update - Since this review seems so unfair to people affiliated with the store, rather than send messages trying to make things better, they have been sending me private hateful, verbally abusive messages, from persons such as 'Nhu L. and Lena J.' I think it's hilarious that people go out of their way to do this, grown up people. What has the world become ? *sigh* *
I have been here a few times and I was pleased until this morning.
Last thursday the 28th of August I went in the a shellac manicure, it looked great and I was super pleased. The following day I had a chip on my right index, I thought that it was super unfortunate as I was doing a very high end job with celebrities and wanted to make sure my nails looked perfect. I called the following monday (due to an extremely busy work weekend) and spoke to a man and explained the situation, he was understanding and wrote my name down, then asked me when I could come it to get it fixed , I told them this saturday (the 6th of September) and he said it was fine and that they would see me then.
When I walked in today he told me to pick a colour, so I went and started looking at colours. The lady who did those nails was there and saw them and she thought it was curious as well that they had chipped so quickly. Then the lady who seemed in charge came and told me that Shellac only lasts for 10 days, and that they could only fix my two index fingers (I also had chips on my left thumb and pinkie finger which they ignored). The man I spoke to said I would get a new one done, and now this lady told me they would only fix 2 fingers. They asked me who did my nails and I pointed out which lady, they then started telling me that that lady wasn't there that day I got my nails done, that I was basically lying.
I have never seen such bad customer service. Just telling the customer out loud that you are lying? If they looked up video footage they would very well see that she did my nails, and why go through the drama of accusing your customer? It was VERY inappropriate, especially because I had called in and made sure it was okay to get it fixed.
This kind of abuse is inappropriate in a work place.
I hope they can cheer up and learn better social skills, this left my friend and I leaving without them fixing anything.
I never usually have these kind of bad critique but this got me very angry to be blamed for something like this when it was all cleared up.
