It could have been a 5 star experience until the Manager stepped in and ruined a good customer service. We we're in a hurry and the nice employee just finished ringing us up, he was about to inflate the balloons that we purchased but the manager asked him to go on break right away. We understand he needs his break so it was okay, another employee who's also a manager still in training but she's doing a great job stepped in to cover for him. When she's about to help, this manager again asked her to ring her(store manager) up first. Ignoring the fact that a customer is waiting. That was just very rude. We appreciate the help of these two employees who are doing a great job but for this Manager, we're totally speechless. That was just bad customer service on top of being rude.
