  • Scheduled an appointment online for 2:30; showed up REALLY early but they took my vehicle in right away. There was a screw in the tire - they repaired it, balanced it, and checked the other three tires -- and it was SO fast that I didn't get much work done (I logged on to work and was busy working - the joy of telecommuting). Anyway, the staff from the time I was greeted to the guys in the bays were wonderful. We won't be buying tires from anyone else but these guys - not just Discount but THIS Discount Tire Store. Outstanding customer service. Thanks guys!
