I've been to several climbing gyms across Canada. This gym has the worst quality ropes I've encountered: they're gnarly as hell and many are fraying inside. I don't feel safe when I top rope here.
The gym seems very geared towards lead climbing, and is a good place to do it. In particular I like their rule that you can't climb a route next to one that somebody is leading on.
The walls are very tall. Route setting feels very boulder-y even on the roped routes. I like crimpy chippy kinds of climbs so the route setting isn't to my taste, but if you like giant slopers and dynos you'll have a great time.
