rev:text	I love ULTA because they offer so many affordable options as well as more pricier selections. I have to say this specific location had been a bust for me twice. I personally feel as if the location is so small & they have a lot of product so the flow of the store isn't very functional. Maybe I'm claustrophobic but the aisles are a little tight & they have various endcaps that are sale items in random places. Another thing that's very upsetting is they always seem to be low stocked on .. EVERYTHING. Both times I've gone, they didn't have the SEVERAL items that I've been wanting & also, they're not organized. Compared to other ULTAs I've been to the products are always stocked, neatly displayed & pleasing to customers' eyes. There were several displays where items were just tossed in the improper area, brushes were basically empty.. what is going on? Today, I exchanged an unopened lipstick for a different color and also purchased a different color as well. I chose the lipstick from its labeled compartment, did the necessary procedures at the cashier & returned home excited about my new purchases. When I got home, I found the lipstick I paid for was 1) opened and used even though the plastic sleeve was still intact (probably from a customer wanting to swatch it) and 2) it wasn't even the correct item I wanted because it wasn't put in the right place... I partially take the blame because I didn't check at the store. But this just goes to show how a small thing like making sure your products are organized correctly can make a difference. So AGAIN, I will exchange that lipstick that was opened & get the CORRECT one I wanted. Overall, PLEASE STOCK UP YOUR ITEMS & ORGANIZE THEM.
