  • They are excellent --at wasting time! I booked an appt a week ahead of time, telling them I wanted their hcg. Had to leave work early and drive across town. Met with their nurse for less than 3 min, who told me I needed to first book an appt with their doctor- next available was the following week and then with her again- not available until a week after that. Admin could have easily told me when I booked that I needed an appt with the doc first. They really didn't care. There are too many good places in town with great service (Gazelle, Red Mountain) to deal with this place. They charge $50 for the first visit too. So manipulative.
