Very disappointed in the customer service I received yesterday! I called and spoke with employee ,Cathy. Her phone skills were below average for sure! I had her put some jeans that I have been looking long and hard for as a gift, on hold. When I showed up the hold items were no where to be found! Asked for the manager to find out she was no help at all! She asked me if I was told they had them. Well ... if you tell me they will put them on hold, I'm assuming you had them! I know it is the busiest day of the season, but get another job if you can't handle it!!! Finally, my daughter and I looked through two different tables to find the color and size I needed! No thanks to Cathy and the manager ! Be aware when calling to put items on hold or expecting decent customer service! Deb M
