  • Didn't really need the on site service so I boxed up what I needed shredded and drove to the location. The office staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and reminded me about the on-line 2/1 deal. The only hiccup was that I didn't get an email quote when I submitted the info on the website. I got a phone call in the morning when I tried again. Dropped the stuff off, went through the process, paid and left. Seamless and exactly what I needed. Not sure what the rates normally are, but I felt $21 for (4) loaded copy paper boxes was reasonable considered how long it would take me to shred and dispose of. The extra $1 was for using the debit card. Would use them again.
