Decided to stop in on Saturday afternoon since it had been awhile since the last time we were in. It was a bit chilly when we came in but they had plenty of heaters on outside and the fire pits going so finding warmth was not ever an issue. We sat at the bar that services the inside and outside and we decided to order some dinner to share. We talked to the bartender Dustin and he explained that we could order from him or we could order from the BBQ bar/stand area and they will bring our food to us. We knew we wanted to just share some brisket and maybe a side. I walked to the BBQ bar/stand and there was a female bartender talking to two other employees and there was no one else around. I walked over and asked if I order from them for some BBQ....they looked at me for a second without saying anything and looked quite confused. After a minute or so I said I just wanted to order a pound of brisket and a side, the bartender proceeded to grab a sheet of paper and say let me check if we even have brisket today...she said no we don't have that but we only have a brisket sandwich....ahhhh what?!? Let me get this straight...you have a brisket sandwich but you don't have brisket? WTF?!? I said I just wanted brisket no sandwich and she again said she didn't have that! The two other employees were just standing there doing absolutely nothing. I walked away and just shook my head and told my boyfriend what had just happened and he was just as confused as I was. I then went back to the bar and ordered from one of the other bartenders working the main bar as I told her I tried ordering from them but they were not helpful at all. They brought out our food and it was quite good. I made a point to get Dustin's name and tell him he was a great bartender as he was! Very attentive, great attitude and service and he deserved to hear he was doing great job. We will be back again soon but will look for Dustin for the friendly attitude and the great service.
