  • I have been going here for about a year now. The team is very customer service oriented and are willing to take advice from their customers (read: level-headed customers). I read a few reviews indicating that they were a little inconsistent with filling prescriptions and, when it happened to me, I told them about the reviews when I called. Hasn't happened since! I also didn't understand their reason for using an online pharmacy but when I asked they were able to explain that I can get products at a lesser cost. While they should have explained this on the front end, they explained why and amended the situation appropriately. While no one is perfect, they are willing to improve and are knowledgeable when you're in the office with the doctors. I think that's well worth a four-star review.
