  • Went on a ride for my birthday. Hugh was our pilot. He was great at calming what little anxiety I was having. He was friendly ,professional, and knowledgeable. He explain what he was doing and what it meant to the movement of our ballon. He truly educated me on the art of flight one of this beautiful balloons. The rest of the staff were great as well and willing to take pictures for us as long as they were not in the middle of something important. I was able to talk to someone from the company before booking to get all my questions answered and the flight number they have you call the evening before gives added information . I showed up in the morning without a single concern or question. I will do this again for sure .
