I'm visiting LV from Seattle and needed to get my nails done because they were chipping. My family and I were visiting the outlet mall and I decided to visit Vanity due to the convenience of the location. I regret my decision.
Customer service is INCREDIBLY important to me and this place is literally the worst I've ever been to in regards to friendliness from employees. I was greeted with a "What do you want done?" I chalked this response up to the language barrier and said I'd like my acrylic nails replaced. She directed me silently toward a woman on her cell phone behind her desk. I picked out a glittery mail from their little display and not a word was said to me.
I addressed a painfully broken nail that I had (my left ring finger) and it was completely disregarded. I mean the nail was completely torn from one side to the other by the time she was done ripping the acrylic off of it. She and a coworker spoke in English about how fat Tess Holliday was. Unbelievable. When she was done massacring my cuticles (two bled), she finished the job. They look fine.
She then asked me "so you have a kid?" That's the only thing she said to me during the entire appointment. Completely unbelievable. She could talk to other customers and to her coworkers but not to me. She looked at me all the time like I killed her cat. I couldn't wait to leave, and a customer should never feel that way. She then waved towards the counter to pay and said "thank you." I'm not kidding. That was it.
When I went up to pay, the girl just said "$45". So I reluctantly paid and gave a 12% tip. She said "k, have a good day."
If I ever come back to LV, I will never visit Vanity again. Customer service was so offensive.
