I wish I could rate them 0. I have had the worst experience. I have had multiple major outages within the last year and it's horrible getting anything fixed. The first time they told me that my modem was too old and I need another one. So I went to buy another modem which also did not work. It turned out after about a week of them trying to figure it out that the phone line for my dsl was given to another customer and my dsl was cut off! It took about 2 weeks to get my service back. Of course no one gave me any credits or anything for the missed service, not that it would have even close to compensated me for the hassle. Now my service is out again. It's been a week. No one can tell me what's wrong or when it will be up again. Today when I called on top of everything else they told me my rate would be going up by $30 a month starting next month. Awful awful company. Completely unreliable service. I'm switching over to Cox as soon as I can.
