I usually go to the Ballantyne location, but decided to give Waxhaw another shot since I was here. Attitude is everything, and being quick and matter of fact immediately upon greeting the customer isn't the best way to get repeat business. The girl taking the order kept asking me something and I couldn't hear over the machines. She seemed annoyed that I couldn't hear her and she had to repeat herself. She then rang me up and said, "have a nice day", which subliminally sounded like, "get lost loser". There was a younger guy with a goatee brooding around like he was pissed at the world, only guy in a blue shirt so maybe he's the manager? When I patron a business, I want to be treated like a customer, who's paying money for a service. I don't want to be treated like the business is doing me a favor and could care less if I return or not. Look at my Yelp history. I'm not a complainer, I'm a really nice guy. I just felt I had to review this place because this has happened in the recent past and I ignored it. Try the Ballantyne location, they rock. The Waxhaw location needs a staffing change.
