Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority at this location, nor does communication. It's tricky, I know, but ideally one must communicate with the clients in order to properly serve them. The individuals working the floor actually understand this concept, but unfortunately, their understanding couldn't make up for what the people working the front end at the registers clearly lack.
And, in fact, even their poor skills could have been excused had they been remotely pleasant and polite. However, there remains no excuse for them, because they were unpleasant and impolite. Overall bad experience as compared to other locations.
