| - Do not ever use them--not for moving, or storage or anything. Worst company ever end to end. They use coupon flyers in mailboxes to attract new victims. It came out a month after my move. BBB gives them an "F" (they are not a member but have more than 100 complaints--unresolved) at http://www.bbb.org/NYC/Business-Reviews/movers/all-star-moving-storage-inc-in-brooklyn-ny-23712/. They have paid in 2010 attorney general $80K fine--apparently for naught, since their practices remain bad. I --like an idiot and stressed and busy with my move--did not check their online ratings first. Their web site is www.easymoveaz.com and numbers 480-786-6781. They were late, couldn't figure out how to find my house, and took forever. They charged me for wrapping (didn't tell me it was a charge--nor did I have much wrapping). They were late to the storage--could not find that either, and they passed it 3 times. they took frequent smoke breaks, and chips off the bottom wood of my furniture were on the gravel by my sidewalk, and pieces that held the bed armoire together. Worst, they price gouged to the max, 10 times more than the paper says for 34.99 per hr. Now I know why they took so long to get it loaded--they just doubled that for the fee. My stuff is in a 10 by 20 locker. They took 5 hrs to load that in the truck--and I was packed. Not much furniture--a king & queen bed, one a pier unit, a pier tv unit a 32 in tv (not in a box), a double chair, a table and 4 chairs. The rest was boxes from dishes, towels etc. THEY WOULD ONLY TAKE CASH! This was never stated, plus the $817 fee they charged. Then they never gave me a receipt, despite the fact I've called and asked for it 4 times (and been on hold for 20 min each time). Same day I phoned to get thre receipt, the guy guys "forgot" to leave for me. these guys, one could not add up the bill-he really wanted to use my mobile phone for the calculator. No, The whole experience sucked. This company sucks. Do not use them if you like your sanity, your furniture, your time, and your money. RUN RUN RUN. This seems like a fly-by-night company with idiots working for them and I bet they do not even have insurance.
