  • Horrible experience, just aweful....very rude customer service. My 16 year old daughter wanted a fill in and I wanted a full set. I asked to see more nail art of any kind and she instantly got offended and brushed me off....then took my daughter to begin her nails. Short looking lady stands maybe 4'8 with short hair, very rude to the point where I declined getting my nails done. Once she put the nail color on which my daughter had a change of heart she asked if she can pick another color. The little lady then replies next time don't have me polish a full hand if you don't like the color. Well if the little lady wasn't holding a conversation on the telephone maybe my daughter could have warned her ahead of time. VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND WE WILL NEVEEEER GO BACK SO RUDE I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP and I am a tiper. That says alot!
