  • If I could give this auto center negative five stars... I would. I'm the type of person who runs on a tight schedule. So when someone tells me it will take however long to do ANYTHING... I take that into consideration when I'm planning my ever so busy day. So I went to get my oil changed this morning.... 25 minutes they said. It would be quick they said...... TWO HOURS LATER I'm looking for answers. Arms crossed... foot tapping. Why hasn't any one came out and updated me on the new time??? As a matter of fact I had to get a bit snappy with the front desk associate in order for her to give me an ETA. Anyway doe..... I missed my daughters spelling bee competition all because of this company. #neveragain
