  • We will never come back to this place. I purchased a $42 groupon for 2 games of bowling for 6 people. We arrived and were told there was a tournament in 45 minutes so we couldn't bowl two games. We had three kids and three adults in our party; the kids were devastated. So we decided to just used the groupon for the 3 small kids to bowl for 45 minutes rather than leaving. After paying I notice a sign that says you can sign up online for kids to play 2 games a day free all Summer. Why wouldn't an employee tell us that and let us save our groupon for 6 when they will only allow us to bowl 45 minutes? The employees were rude and completely unapologetic. After 40 minutes they shut our lane off with no warning in the middle of one of our kids getting ready to throw their ball; they left the lane on next to us that was a group of adults and allowed them to finish their game. The employees at this place need some serious customer service training.
