  • BE AWARE "ALL INCLUDED" IS NOT INDEED ALL INCLUDED. So writing this review to warn everyone about the shotty business practice at this specific dealership. I was being forced to pay $800 in addition to everything (car price, title, tax, etc) for this "defense" system they called it which I will have you know is not already included in the vehicle contrary to what the paper stated. You would have to have the programming department sync your car so unlike that paper says, ITS NOT INCLUDED. Now I understand the whole price is subject to change thing, blah blah blah but I'm not arguing that, I'm arguing over a specific additional feature you have the OPTION of adding to the car but by no means is it necessary nor legal to force me to get. After over a week of Torment with this establishment (or lack there of) we were willing to even give them an additional $500 on top of everything to take the car home day of without this defense system in which they completely and utterly refused. This is called deception and by federal law, it is illegal. The salesman even had the audacity to say "well I can raise the price of the car and the sales tax and not give you the defense and still pay the full amount Im asking, would that make you happy?" This is high pressure sales tactics which guess what IS ALSO ILLEGAL. Sorry big guy, you couldn't raise sales tax if you wanted to but I'm glad our conversation was recorded, I'd love for my attorneys to hear how business is conducted on your end. I am reporting immediately. I have screenshots of the online ad which was already removed by them, also the paperwork the salesman gave to us stating inclusions (which once again the defense system was not included on) and all other communication since the initial inquiry about the vehicle. I know exactly what these people are doing, they want to break even or make a small incentive by forcing me to purchase something in addition to the vehicle and passing it off by telling me it's a contingency. I don't know how many times I can stress how disgustingly illegal this is. I'm beyond Annoyed and disappointed.
