  • The (new?) owner contacted me regarding my review, so I gave this place a second chance. I have to say it's gotten much better since my first visit. Boris cut my hair and explained what he was doing, which I appreciated. I haven't tried going back during the weekend but during the week they have been fine with keeping appointment times. Overall since this place is so close it will be my go-to shop for a haircut but I'm still a little on guard just because my first impression was very short on customer service.
