I absolutely love their clothes. This specific location has different clothes then the rest and I'd prefer the other locations over this one. Open fitting room is definitely uncomfortable. And I've realized with this company it doesn't matter what location you go to, literally every single employee is rude. Absolutely ZERO customer service not even a greeting. I love their clothes but will probably opt for online shopping with them. You can have amazing clothes and terrible customer service and still lose customers. Return policy sucks but won't stop me from buying. Over all I definitely don't shop with them as much as I used to because these women they hire are just straight up rude. I remember I wanted to exchange something and the manager gave me another managers number I left a voicemail to I think her name was Maria and NEVER got a call back. Let's just say this is exactly why online shopping is becoming more of a thing and boutiques tend to go out of business. I'm livid with the customer service and the carelessness from whoever runs these stores and company. Thank you
