  • Bought a mattress and box spring with frame. The mattress was delivered and was not the same quality I saw in the store. The frame was a completely different frame. I had them pick up everything they delivered. They credited my credit card $200 less than I paid with no explanation. They did the same thing to my wife over a year ago and I just discovered it. They sell JUNK and Buyer Beware. They do not give you full credit when they bring you a defective mattress. Do Not Buy from Mattress Firm.
