  • Service dept rating only. No idea why I'm even giving them 2. Other than the fact that the lady we got THIS time was actually courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. Which is huge! We will NEVER deal with Rick again, ever. Purchases new HD 2500, been in for warranty work 3--5 times. Thank goodness we purchased the extended warranty, but do not let them fix- because warranty only covers replaced items. They will charge labor. I could go on, but you get the idea.
