  • The manager Cleo is literally the most amazing person ever. He stayed late even after the store closed and sat outside to explain the ice cream making process to us. He went out of his way to make sure my entire family was taken care of, and showed the most genuine kindness towards us. He is friendly, patient, and so funny! Probably some of the best customer service you'll ever get, hands down. Not to mention the ice cream itself is rich and delicious! Positive vibes, positive experience, positive people, positively delicious ice cream. To sum it all down into two words: bomb af.
