  • I will never schedule an appointment at this office again. Hey I get people are stressed and overwhelmed don't take it out on the patients. Systems went down and a blonde lady who was a bit curt and short to begin with told everybody that they closed at 5 and was short of telling us to get the hell out. No clear communication whether we should stay or go or any expectations set up. There was still about 40 minutes before they closed and in my experience taking blood can take less than 5 minutes. A very nice lady with short buzzed hair cut came out and explained the situation and advised it be difficult to determine when systems would be back up. Recommended we head to strose and eastern location. Thanks for taking the time to explain. We then heard yelling and screaming in the back office because someone wanted to try to get through the patients that were there and the other clearly did not want to make the attempt to help or process the patients that had been waiting in the lobby. A suggestion to the staff. We get that your job may be overwhelming but it does not cost you anything to smile and acknowledge someone. Please try not to take your stress on other people. I'm sorry for the ladies that are doing a good job would hate to be around so much negativity.
