  • Charming and relatively inexpensive little arts-and-crafts chain-store with friendly employees. Knitting/crochet supplies, lots of yarn, a few sewing accessories, and quite a bit of stock related to lesser-known needlework techniques: rug-hooking, plastic-canvas, needlepoint, tatting, etc. Very good sale section at the back, too. The one cautionary note I have is this: be careful to check your receipts! I once bought three pieces of plastic-canvas here and found out too late that I'd been charged for three pieces of plastic-canvas and a large ball of sock-yarn.
