  • First stay here, I sometimes get offers, but its usually hard to book since the offers are only limited to a certain type of room. Anyways, not sure how to feel. Housekeeping was nonexistent. I mean, I saw them when I left my room and they saw me, but still no service that day. I don't think I saw them on my second day. Anyways, not a huge deal since I rationed my towel use. I just think its strange because I saw the minibar guy like 3 times (zero times would have been fine)---he came in daily to make sure everything was stocked, and the third time we had a quick chat to see if I wanted anything refilled. He noticed my room wasn't fixed, and said the next housekeeping shift was about to start and they would come. Nice guy, but he was wrong. The nicest thing about this place was probably the gym on the spa floor. I tried to check out the other gym one night, but the eastside towers was closed off. What?! Oh well.
