I paid 900$ for FLOOR MODEL couches and 99$ for a years worth of delivery to order more from them and when they delivered my furniture it wreaked of cigarette smoke AND had a burn hole in it (which was not the case on the set I bought) so when we called and told them the problem the only thing they offered was a refund or up charging me for a new set! NO THANK YOU! Instead of making this situation right and keeping not only my business but my family's business they decided to offer NO SOLUTION but a refund! I absolutely loved this furniture and really wanted to come to a reasonable solution! this is the last thing I wanted but if they don't want to take care of a customer then I have no interest in doing business with them EVER. There are plenty of other furniture stores that will actually value a paying customer.
