  • I want so much to love this place. Laurel is absolutely terrific. She's adorable, she's nice, was able to answer all my questions and is kind. The staff is definitely not the issue. I purchased a package for (6) sessions of laser hair removal. The first (5) sessions were GREAT! I almost didn't feel a thing. I couldn't understand why everyone I knew experienced some sort of discomfort and I had NONE!! I assumed it was their amazing laser itself. It wasn't until the last session that I finally felt what everyone else had felt. Needless to say, my hair is growing as it was prior to treatment. I was warned not to purchase a package for this treatment anywhere. That it was common when packages are purchased you're started on a lower level to ensure you purchase additional treatments. I don't want to believe this happened here however there isn't another explanation. PLEASE EnteBella do not respond saying everyone has different results and laser isn't for everyone. I've since had additional treatments elsewhere and its worked out just as it should have. I personally won't ever purchase a package from here again.
