  • It hardly seems fair to mark Provision Coffee down for being too far from my front door. Our barista, Jen, was cheerful and attentive, and was easily able to answer my questions. She steered me to some habanero mocha situation; you should go there too. The space is bright and airy and attractive, and apparently is shared with umpteen beauty businesses. So... if you patronize one of the folks who is housed in the Palette Collective, you can bring coffee, wine, or a craft brew to your appointment. Bonus, right? Provision stands out in the beige masterplanned ennui of the east valley. I won't be here often, but I will never be in the east valley without a stop at this coffee bar.
