  • Scorpions galore!!! Hopefully someone will read this ( unlike me) before moving in! If you like those delightful Arachnids, then this is the PLACE!!! They are abundant !!! I have seen 10-11 in and out of my home in 26 days I've been here! most Arizonans I've spoken to say that's "unheard of" the place is so cool so that's really too bad... please consider before you rent here as this , Chicago transplant is scared outta my wits;(~ Mr. Friel your management team came up with the MICRO INSERTION ! A complete inconvenience !! There should not BE scorpions in my unit- period! The problem is ongoing as I had yet another in my apartment TODAY! I am terrified !!! Apparently mine is the only unit with a problem? This is the 12th in a month! The solution for me is to leave! I will be contacting your office again.... UPDATE: I will say having been a resident here now for almost 7 mos.... I really like the staff....so nice and the stationary engineers are some of the finest and knowledgeable people you'll meet. I really like the office staff. Still seeing scorpions , but they know about them and are trying hard to fix the problem. Still moving in October .
