  • Unfortunately this is a HUGE problem Sprints not dealing with. The transfer of phones from the exploding ones to the new phone you order isnt transferring any of your money down with it AND any promo items or items you SHOULD have received you now have to pay for. I put a 200 down on new phones ordered one iphone and one of the samsungs that had the issues my new contract has NO reflection of the 200 original deposit and the case and glass for screen that were included on both phone purchases i realized i paid 65.00 for also Cant log into my account to check it and bill is due weds but the turned one phone off at 12:03am tonite.... They are not a reputable company any more not one bit
