I should have read Yelp reviews first. Got a call to sell me inkjet cartridges. The sales person told me they were newly manufactured, not refilled so I thought for the price, though high, was less than the printer manufacturer. I had told the person that my printer refuses to take refilled cartridges as I have tried many and only OEM work. He assured me theirs were completely new and would work. When I received the cartridges, it said re-manufactured on the box. I called them back and he assured me only the plastic case was reused and that everything else was brand new and so that makes them "new"???? Well of course 2 of the 3 wouldn't work. So I looked at them under a magnifying glass and it was very obvious nothing was new. Just refilled. When I called back he would not admit they were only refilled and argued with me when I could tell someone took sandpaper to the contacts and the ribbon circuit was all dented. Would Lexmark really let someone copy their technology? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't be suckered by "free shipping"!
