Normally a good place to eat today I was appalled at the behavior of the manager I had a coupon and he yelled at me in line that he wasn't taking it without a barcode??! That's never been an excuse today Manager Aaron claimed that he was told to not take any coupons without a barcode he kept telling me to go to my app and get the coupon there I informed him there wasn't and he yelled at me and said to tell him please and that he would do it. Really please ? This guy clearly lacks any and all customer service and should not be in a position of manager. He has a power trip as unnoticed he was only yelling at the females working the line. A company like Cafe Rio should not employ some like Aaron.
